This website is the private CV of Bert van Nes. This page explains which personal data is processed when you request access and how it is handled.
What data is collected
When you request access to the full CV, I store the name, email address and reason you provide, along with the language you used and the date of your request.
This website itself uses privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data.
Why it is collected
Your details are used solely to review your access request, to send you an access link by email and to keep track of who has been granted access.
How long it is kept
Denied requests are kept for a maximum of 90 days. Approved requests are kept while access is valid and for up to 12 months afterwards. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing bert@kingsmedia.nl. Your request will be handled as soon as possible.
